We are excited to announce the launch of a new virtual mental health service provider for eligible Illinois Tech health plan members and their dependents* beginning Saturday, October 1, 2023: Cerebral!

Who is Cerebral? They’re the fastest growing provider of virtual mental health care services. They make it easy to access digital tools or connect with a provider via telehealth and direct messaging. Their virtual care model gives you immediate access to a variety of mental health resources, ensuring you receive the right level of care at just the right time.

Cerebral’s approach is not one-size-fits all. Their short assessment asks a series of questions so they can personalize the best treatment pathway for you:

• Therapy – Weekly telehealth sessions with a licensed therapist, secure chat, and regular progress tracking
• Medication + Therapy – Evaluation, diagnosis, and prescription + monthly medication delivery; regular telehealth sessions with a licensed therapist and secure chat; regular progress tracking by prescriber and therapist.
