Nominations Open for Lincoln Academy Student Laureate Award

The Office of the Vice Provost for Student Affairs is now accepting nominations for the Lincoln Academy of Illinois Student Laureate Award. This award honors an outstanding senior from each of the four-year degree granting institutions of higher learning in Illinois.

Student Laureates are honored for their overall excellence in curricular and co-curricular activities. The student must be a senior (during the 24-25 academic year) with no less than a 3.0 cumulative and major grade point average. Each recipient will receive the Lincoln Academy Student Laureate Medallion, a challenge coin, a certificate of achievement and a $1,000 monetary grant. The Student Laureates will also attend a special ceremony that will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, in the Hall of Representatives at the Old State Capitol Building in Springfield.
