Illinois Tech nutrition investigators are interested to find out the effect of orange juice intake on two-hour blood sugar and insulin responses.

You may be eligible to participate if you are a healthy individual who is:

• 20-45 years of age
• a non-smoker

This study will involve:

• Two study day visits
• Each study day will take less than three hours
• Blood samples will be collected at each study day
• A test beverage will be provided at each study day
• You will be compensated up to $80 for completing the study
