You may be eligible to participate in this nutrition research study if you are a healthy individual who:

• Is between 18–45 years of age
• Is a non-smoker

More details on this study:

• There is a total of three study visits
• Each study visit will last ~10 hours at the Clinical Nutrition Research Center
• Blood samples will be collected at each study visit
• A dinner meal will be provided the day before each study visit, and a breakfast meal, a snack and three beverage drinks will be provided during the study visit

You will be compensated up to $400 for completing the study.
