The Office of Residence Life is hiring both Day and Overnight Community Desk Assistants (CDAs) for mostly weekend and evening hours through Handshake. The application process is open to students at Illinois Tech wanting to work day or overnight shifts in increments of 1 to 2 hours. This is an ongoing position from semester to semester. Students hired as CDAs may work up to 20 hours a week while class is in session until their graduation from Illinois Tech. Students looking to begin work as Overnight CDAs must live on campus in the residence halls. The ability to work during Summer 2024 is a plus. More details can be found on Handshake starting November 6, 2023, and all applications must be made through Handshake, no exceptions. Application will be open until EOB November 17, 2023.
