The Office of the Ombudsperson invites you to a virtual information session to learn more about our services and how we can support you. Navigating workplace challenges can be complex, and we want to ensure you are aware of the resources available to you.

This session offers an opportunity to learn about the role of the Ombudsperson, how our office operates, and how we can assist you in a confidential and impartial manner. During the session, we will discuss:

• An overview of the Ombudsperson’s role and responsibilities
• The principles of confidentiality, impartiality, and independence that guide our work
• Examples of the types of issues with which we can assist
• Tips for navigating workplace conflict
