All students (including staff and faculty) registered for one academic credit hour or more have automatically been enrolled in and charged for the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP). If you would like to waive this coverage, visit www.aetnastudenthealth.com/iit and complete the Electronic Waiver Form. The deadline to complete the electronic waiver is Friday, January 26, 2018.

We will not accept any waivers after the January 26 deadline.

You must have a U.S.-based alternate insurance plan to be considered for a waiver. Please note that not all forms of insurance will be accepted. If you completed the waiver and were denied and feel this is an error, email studenthealth@iit.edu with your concerns.
