AIChE Speaker Event: John Shabaker, Advisor on Low Carbon Refining & Catalytic Process at BP
March 25, 2025AIChE has invited John Shabaker from BP to talk on March 27 at 12:45–1:45 p.m. in the John T. Rettaliata Engineering Center, room 104, about his experience as a technical advisor on low-carbon recycling at one of the world’s largest oil producers, a project leader of the U.S. arm of BP’s central R&D, and a technology strategist advancing catalytic processes for sustainable large-scale gas manufacturing. -
Volunteers Needed for Commencement
March 25, 2025Illinois Tech’s 156th Commencement will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Credit Union 1 Aren. There will be two separate, combined college-level ceremonies, and at each of these ceremonies, degrees will be conferred for three of the university’s colleges. Chicago-Kent’s Commencement will take place on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at UIC Forum. Please volunteer if you area available to help create a momentous day for our 2024–2025 graduates. -
