July 11, 2024Students and faculty are invited to gain an extensive and thorough understanding of real- world, open-source software initiatives funded by the National Science Foundation and the United States Department of Energy as Illinois Tech’s Gnosis Research Center hosts the 2024 HDF User Group Meeting (HUG24). HUG 24 will be held at The McCormick Tribune Campus Center on Illinois Tech’s main campus on August 5–7. -
Community-Engaged Research Seminar for Health Researchers

New Online Training Sessions Offered for All Faculty
July 11, 2024All faculty are invited to attend one of 13 online training sessions that will take place during new faculty orientation on August 12–14, 2024. While the Office of the Provost is providing these sessions for new faculty during their orientation, all faculty members are invited to take part in the fully remote sessions. -

June 13, 2024Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) projects are defined by questions reflecting a focal health condition (e.g., diabetes, arthritis, asthma, or major depression) intersecting with a specific diverse community (e.g., ethnicity, faith-based community, or gender identity). The CBPR Training & Research Award (TRA) is to train and then provide resources for two Institute for Translational Medicine (ITM) investigators. -
