Schwartz with professors Jay Kesan from the University of Illinois Law School and Christopher Cotropia from the University of Richmond Law School, was cited in testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee this week.

Q. Todd Dickinson, the former director of the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, quoted the article extensively in his written testimony. Schwartz is co-director of IIT Chicago-Kent’s Center for Empirical Studies of Intellectual Property.
