Friday, May 18 from noon–1 p.m. in the McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC) Ballroom

At Illinois Tech, the Office of Technology Services is responsible for promoting and protecting our cybersecurity, but there are many actions each of us can take to increase online safety. Learn how to protect your personal and work online resources. This program will be live streamed to the Moffett and Downtown Campuses.

Successful Interviewing Skills for Managers
Tuesday, May 29 from 9:30 a.m.–noon in Hermann Hall Lounge

In this program, managers will learn the skills needed to successfully select the best qualified person for the position.
This program covers:

  • Identifying the competencies needed for the position
  • Crafting questions that determine the needed qualifications
  • Avoiding “illegal” or inappropriate questions and actions during the selection process
