Lewis College of Human Sciences will host the first of three spring semester professional development workshops on Monday, January 29 from 12:45–1:45 p.m. in the Lewis College Dean’s Conference Room (IIT Tower, 14th floor). The topic of the workshop will be “Teaching Evaluations.” Light snacks will be provided.

Associate Provost Chris White and College of Science Interim Dean Xiaofan Li will moderate a discussion of best practices for evaluating teaching effectiveness, including midterm evaluations, peer evaluations, and resources for improving teaching.

Faculty and instructors from all colleges are invited to attend.
