Join the Quality Of Work Life Committee at Amazing Edibles (2419 W 14th St) at 6 pm on Thursday, August 5 for a Tapas Cooking Class. The group will cook for approximately two hours, and then eat your creations! Included on the menu are bacon wrapped dates, mini crabcakes with citrus aioli, shrimp rosemarino, black bean and sausage empanadas, patatas bravas with spicy tomato sauce, garlic toasts with saffron marinara & goat cheese and stuffed mushrooms.
