Save the date for Illinois Tech’s annual benefit related events this fall!

Vaccine clinics will be held at both Mies Campus and Conviser Law Center. Vaccines included are flu, COVID, shingles, tenanus, peumonia, RSV, and others that our members may need. Members of Illinois Tech’s Blue Cross Blue Shield health plan can get their vaccines at no cost when they present their CVS/Caremark ID card. Those not covered under the BCBS plan may register so long as they are covered under a PPO plan. While walk-ins may be accommodated, we strongly encourage you to register in advance (advance registration is required for vaccines other than flu and COVID).

• Mies Campus clinic — October 30, 2025 from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. Register here for the Mies Campus Clinic.

We are again holding an in-person Benefits Fair at Mies Campus this fall! The fair will take place on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. in the MTCC Ballroom. Come meet with representatives from Blue Cross Blue Shield, HSA Bank, Delta Dental, TIAA, Fidelity, Corporate America Family Credit Union, FFC and Equinox fitness clubs, and more! Open Enrollment this year will run from Friday, October 31, through Friday, November 14, 2025, for benefits effective January 1, 2026. Open Enrollment is the only time each year you are allowed to make changes to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and flexible spending benefits. Watch your email and Illinois Tech Today in late October for more information on your enrollment options for 2026.
