Leading People Through Change

This half-day workshop will provide students with the tools necessary to lead people through change. Upon completing the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Utilize change tools to help navigate self and others effectively through change.
- Recognize the difference between a “change” and “transition” using the guidelines of William Bridges.
- Increase cross-cultural leadership effectiveness through awareness of cultural norms that impact best practices for leading people through change.
Pre-work: Think of an example of an organization you have led, such as campus organization, team, family, neighborhood, social, dorm, etc. and bring with you a description of one specific change faced by that organization.
