Request for IIT Faculty and Staff to Attend as IPRO Day Judges and Guests

Join us for IPRO Day in Hermann Hall on Friday, April 26 from 10 am – 3 pm!

We encourage IIT faculty and staff to participate in this worthwhile event and show their support to the 600+ students who have completed an IPRO project this semester. The IPRO Day event is the culmination of IPRO team work via exhibits and presentations. This semester there are over 55 IPRO teams participating – our largest IPRO Day ever!

The Interprofessional Projects (IPRO) Program organizes undergraduate students from IIT’s colleges as multidisciplinary teams to work on complex, open-ended projects to tackle the challenges of our times. Guided by faculty members from diverse fields, IPRO teams focus on a variety of topics from infrastructure planning, product and process innovation, renewable energy and sustainability, service learning, and community development.

Our Spring 2013 IPRO corporate sponsors and community partners include A.Finkl & Sons, Nokia, Mi-Jack, OMRON Automotive Electronics, iButtonLink, Calamos Investments, Contemporary Control Systems, Farmed Here, AHEAD, The Plant and Electrical Contractors’ Association of City of Chicago.

Professionals from the Chicago area are invited to serve as judges and welcome to attend as guests.
