The ongoing government shutdown is affecting access to government websites and databases. Some sites have completely shut down and most others are not being updated.

To date, the following are completely offline:

• Bureau of Economic Analysis (bea.gov)
• Business.gov
• Census.gov
• Copyright.gov
• Data.gov
• Disability.gov
• Education Resource Information Center (eric.gov is shut down, but is temporarily available through EBSCO)
• Federal Communications Commission (fcc.gov)
• Federal Trade Commission (ftc.gov)
• Library of Congress (loc.gov)
• National Aeronautics and Space Administration (nasa.gov)
• National Park Service (nps.gov)
• National Institute of Mental Health (nimh.gov)
• National Institute of Standards and Technology (nist.gov)
• National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (noaa.gov is offline, but you can still get to weather.gov)
• National Science Foundation (nsf.gov)
• Nutrition.gov
• US Geological Survey (usgs.gov)
• United States Department of Agriculture (usda.gov)
