RSVP for NSF CAREER Proposal Clinic

The Office of Research will host an NSF CAREER Proposal Clinic on Tuesday, April 12 and Wednesday, April 13. The goal of this proposal clinic is to introduce junior faculty to the Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) Program, and to help prepare them for competitive and successful proposals. The major components of the clinic include experience sharing from Illinois Tech CAREER Award Winners, as well as advice from university faculty who have served on NSF review panels.

Guest speaker Richard Ziegfeld will provide proposal development support and individual coaching to faculty planning to submit a CAREER proposal. Ziegfeld has 40+ years of experience in teaching, writing, proposal development, editing, and consulting. Click here to view the clinic agenda. If you will be submitting a CAREER proposal in July 2016 and are interested in individual coaching with Ziegfeld click here to schedule a time no later than Friday, March 25, 2016.

If you would like to attend the clinic without the individual coaching, RSVP to Mariam Othman at by Wednesday, April 6.
