The 2014 Bank of America Chicago Marathon is quickly approaching, and the IIT community is encouraged to cheer on the runners as they come through Main Campus. Runners for the 37th annual 26.2-mile course, to be held on Sunday, October 12, 2014, will arrive from the west of Main Campus along 33rd Street. Runners will then turn south onto State Street from 33rd and then head east onto 35th Street.

For Marathon Participants
Participants in the 2014 Chicago Marathon are encouraged to inform  IIT Today so the community can cheer them on as they pass through Main Campus. A banner featuring the names of student, faculty, staff, and alumni runners will be on display along the marathon route through Main Campus, and runners will be recognized in IIT Today.

Runners should email their name and contact information by Wednesday, October 1, 2014 to be included.
