Lecture Featuring Chris White, Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, Explores The Big Questions In Science

Chris White, Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, will highlight several of the questions from the book entitled The Big Questions in Science – the Quest to Solve the Great Unknowns during a lecture at 12:45 pm on Thursday, March 27, 2014 in the McCormick Tribune Campus Center Auditorium. 

Questions such as are we alone, is time travel possible, why is there stuff, what is consciousness and others will be explored during the lecture. White will lead a discussion to provide insights to help explain why these questions are so interesting. 

Lunch will be provided. Note: This is a Freshman 15 event.
