Students who are residents of Illinois may be eligible for a MAP (Monetary Assistance Program) Grant and are automatically considered for a MAP Grant by submitting your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). MAP Grants are provided to students with significant financial need and are currently valued up to $4,720 per academic year. Since funds are limited, we encourage you to submit your FAFSA as soon as possible. Due to the high volume of requests and limited funds, we anticipate MAP funds will be exhausted soon. The Office of Financial Aid recommends all students submit their FAFSA by March 1 to be considered for the maximum amount of state and federal aid.
