The spring Career Fairs are right around the corner and the Career Services Office needs your help. Besides having a wonderfully polished and impressive resume along with a great smile, one of the most important items a student needs to impress a potential employer is professional clothing and shoes.

Career Services, in collaboration with the Office of Campus Life, collects professional clothing for students and alumni to use for career fairs, interviews, and other professional events. Students will be able to borrow items free of cost.

You have the opportunity to help Career Services by donating new or moderately used clothing for students to wear. Items needed include suits, button down shirts, ties, blouses, dresses, skirts, slacks, and shoes. All sizes are accepted. Donations can be dropped off at Hermann Hall, Room 113 by Friday, February 17.

The spring Career Fairs will be held on Wednesday, February 22 (computer science, information and industrial technology, business services, government organizations, non-profits, military, and search firms) and Thursday, February 23 (engineering, architecture, and natural sciences) from noon–4 p.m.in Hermann Hall. See the list of attending companies here.
