The Office of Residence Life is pleased to announce the opening of the Spring 2024 Only application for housing this coming November 6, 2023 . This application is for students who are arriving at Illinois Tech and wish to enter Illinois Tech housing for the first time this academic year (2023-2024).

When the Spring 2024 Only contract opens, students may find it in their student portal under “My Apps” by clicking the Starrez Housing Portal icon. Please note that students entering Illinois Tech housing for the first time this academic year may be required to make a prepayment to reserve a room. Due to high room occupancy, room selection will be a manual placement process which will take student preferences into consideration whenever possible.
