Shuttle service will be available for faculty on the Main Campus both to and from the meeting and reception:
Depart Hermann Hall Lot at 2:45 pm to travel to Downtown Campus
Depart DTC at 6:15 pm for Main Campus

For those faculty unable to attend at the Main and Rice Campuses, a two-way video conference is available in Hermann Hall Ballroom at the Main Campus and Room 146 at Rice; a live webcast is provided for faculty at the Institute of Design.
