Spring Fitness Class Schedule

Spring Fitness Classes will begin Tuesday, January 16. Please see below for all available classes. No need to register. Show up and fill out the quick google form to participate. Please wear athletic attire and gym shoes. Most classes will take place at Keating Sports Center in the multipurpose room or the racquetball court. Yoga and Pilates classes are also available at the CLC at the downtown campus.

Group Fitness Schedule, Spring 2024

  • Yoga (one-hour class) — Tuesday and Thursday at 8 p.m.
  • Zumba (one-hour class) — Monday and Wednesday at 8 p.m.
  • Hapkido/Kung-Fu (two-hour class) — Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
  • Nearu/Self-Defense (one-hour class) — Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
  • Karate (two-hour class) — Friday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m.
  • Pilates at Conviser Law Center (one-hour class) — Tuesday at 9 a.m.
  • Yoga at Conviser Law Center (one-hour class) — Thursday at 9 a.m.
