The Staff Advisory Council announces the resolution of three concerns that were brought up during its Town Halls in October:

• Health insurance premium increases’ impact on staff
• Further clarification on the impact of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) changes that will affect some staff members who will have their employee status changed from exempt to nonexempt
• Better transparency on the selection process involved for Tuition Exchange
