January 4 and 18, 2019, are the first biweekly paycheck dates of the new year. Staff members should review paystubs to ensure accuracy of any benefit changes made during open enrollment, new FSA elections, and 403(b) election changes. Any discrepancies must be reported no later than Friday, January 25.

Additionally, please note the following:

• All medical plan members should have received new ID cards from both BCBS for medical coverage and CVS/Caremark for prescription coverage for 2019.
• Dental and vision ID cards have been issued for those changing plans or electing coverage for the first time.  Existing members should retain their current ID cards.
• Individuals re-enrolling in Healthcare Flexible Spending were not issued new WageWorks debit cards. 2019 elections have been loaded onto existing cards.
