Staff Check Your Paychecks

January 12, 2024, was the first biweekly paycheck date of the new year. Staff members should review paystubs to ensure accuracy of any benefit changes made during open enrollment, new FSA elections, and 403(b) election changes. Any discrepancies must be reported along with a screenshot verifying successful completion of Open Enrollment no later than Monday, January 22, 2024.

Additionally, please note the following:

  • All health plan members should have received new BCBS ID cards for 2024, as the Members Services phone number has changed.
  • Prescription, dental, and vision ID cards have been issued ONLY for those changing plans or electing coverage for the first time. Existing members should retain their current ID cards.
  • Those enrolling in the High Deductible Health Plan should have received welcome materials, including an HSA debit card, from HSA Bank.
  • New Healthcare Flexible Spending (HCFSA) enrollees should have received a WageWorks debit card in advance of the new year. Additionally, those who were enrolled in 2023, should have received a new/replacement card in late October of 2023  and their 2024 elections have been loaded onto those existing cards.
