January 10, 2025, is the first biweekly paycheck date of the new year. Staff members should review paystubs to ensure accuracy of any benefit changes made during open enrollment, new FSA elections, and 403(b) election changes. Any discrepancies must be reported along with a screenshot verifying successful completion of Open Enrollment no later than Friday, January 17, 2025.

Additionally, please note the following:

• All continuing HDHP health plan members should have received a new BCBS ID card, as the individual deductible increased going into 2025 (the deductible increase was required in order to remain a qualified HSA-eligible plan)
• All continuing PPO health plan members should have retained their current BCBS ID cards.
• Prescription, dental, and vision ID cards have been issued ONLY for those changing plans or electing coverage for the first time. Existing members should retain their current ID cards.
• Those enrolling in the High Deductible Health Plan for the first time should have received welcome materials, including an HSA debit card, from HSA Bank.
• New Healthcare Flexible Spending (HCFSA) enrollees should have received a WageWorks debit card in advance of the new year.
