In January 2018, Vice President for Finance and Administration Michael Horan introduced the Strategic Improvement Initiative (SII), a framework for ongoing projects under his division—finance and administration operations. The SII website outlines current and upcoming initiatives, indicates project phases and status updates, lists project team members, and includes a form for feedback and suggestions. A record of SII emails and updates is available under Communications.
Staff and faculty are encouraged to review projects and notes on the website, and to be a part of creating a culture of regular analysis and improvement.
