Student Employee Performance Evaluations

Performance evaluations serve as a great opportunity to provide feedback, recognize quality performance, and set expectations for future job performance.  If your student employee is either graduating this fall or ending their employment in December, their performance evaluations need to be turned in to Student Employment by Wednesday, November 27, 2019. You are only required to complete evaluations for employees whose PA’s are expiring at the end of the semester (in December). While not required, you are encouraged to complete evaluations for and provide feedback to students who are continuing in the Spring Semester.

Between now and Wednesday, November 27, have your student employees complete their self-evaluation, and supervisors should meet with their employees for a performance conversation and complete the evaluation.

Completed evaluations should be scanned and emailed to or sent via interoffice mail to Student Employment Office located in IIT Tower, Suite 13F4-3.
