If you do not wish to be enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) and have comparable health insurance, please complete the electronic waiver online by clicking here electronic waiver form.

To allow you time to complete the waiver process—should you choose not to enroll in the SHIP—the waiver deadline is Wednesday, September 1, 2021.
