Study abroad in Osaka, Japan in Summer 2020 with the Lewis College of Human Sciences faculty-led summer study abroad program.
Students will have the opportunity to:
- Explore Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, and the rest of Kansai
- Live in a Japanese neighborhood
- Enjoy weekly exchanges with Japanese students
- Take Illinois Tech core curriculum classes:
- SSCI 285/385: Global Cities Osaka
- HIST 385: Modern History of Japan
- IPRO 497: IPRO ABROAD: Osaka, Japan
This opportunity is open to all Illinois Tech students.
Program costs:
- $1,000 program fee (paid as your deposit)
- Tuition for 3 or 6 Illinois Tech credits
- Additional costs:
- Airfare
- Food
- Local transportation
- Excursion tickets
