Illinois Tech nutrition investigators is looking for participants in a study on the health effects of strawberries.

What is required?

• Three study days (two roughly five-hour visits, one roughly 1.5-hour visit) at CNRC – Galvin Tower
• Two short visits to insert a contiguous glucose monitor
• Blood samples will be collected at each study day
• Consume a provided strawberry drink every day for four weeks
• Get paid up to $430 for participation.

Who is eligible?

• 20-60 years of age
• Non-smoker
• Weigh at least 110 pounds
