The Office of Residence Life is pleased to announce the opening of the Summer 2024 housing application. This application is for students who wish to live at Illinois Tech for any portion of the Summer 2024 semester. Summer housing will be hosted in Rowe Village Middle and Rowe Village South only. Please review the room types available for those buildings and Summer 2024 room rates.

The Summer semester will be divided into 4 sessions. Please choose the one that best works for your summer housing needs.

Session A — May 13 to June 22
Session B — May 28 to July 20
Session C — June 24 to August 3
Session D — May 13 to August 3

Students may find the Summer 2024 Only contract in their student portal under “My Apps” by clicking the Starrez Housing Portal icon. Due to expected high occupancy, room selection will be a first-come, first-serve manual process based on preferences, starting the week of April 8, 2024, and continuing through the semester. All Summer 2024 residents must hold a Summer 2024 meal plan.

Please note, students canceling their housing contract early may be subject to a $400 cancellation fee per the terms of the Summer 2024 contract in section Q.
