The South Metropolitan Higher Education Consortium presents their fourth annual conference focusing on sustainability from 8 am-3:30 pm on Friday, October 18 in Hermann Hall. The theme of this year’s conference is “Sustainability Connects Us All.” The event is being coordinated by IIT’s Office of Campus Energy and Sustainability.
The format of this year’s conference will give attendees the opportunity to hear new topics. A variety of workshops and presentations will discuss how 
sustainability has the power to connect us all. All presentations will focus on their connection to jobs. The conference is geared towards students, senior administrators, faculty and staff from information technology, operations, workforce development, marketing, and student services.
