Galvin Library for A Closer Look at the Million Dollar Sermon, a PowerPoint presentation with accompanying live narration by the University Archivist and Campus Historian Mindy Pugh, anchored on documentary evidence about the Rev. Frank Gunsaulus’ sermon and the founding of the Armour Institute of Technology (and by extension, Illinois Tech). It seeks to inform the present university community about what is known—and what might never be known—about a sermon whose impact is undoubted but which also merits further investigation. -
