TELUS Health April Features: Coping With Grief and Loss

This month, TELUS Health, Illinois Tech’s Employee Assistance Program, is focusing on coping with grief and loss through resilience and healing. We are invited to pause and reflect on the interconnected aspects of wellbeing—from neurodiversity awareness to workplace safety and managing grief. Most of us will experience grief and loss at some point in our lives. Resources this month offer guidance on managing grief or supporting someone during a difficult time of loss.
