Career Services and the Student Employment Office thank all students and staff for participating in our celebration of National Student Employment Week (NSEW). On April 13, we enjoyed giving out Pay Days and 100 Grands, challenging students and staff to a game of bag toss, and observing the many different mathematical strategies involved in guessing the number of jelly beans in a jar. Additionally, students who came to The McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC) Bridge left knowing their contributions to the university through on-campus employment are appreciated, and we hope they also learned that our department is a great resource for their on-campus job opportunities.

Supervisors were asked to nominate their student employees, and those nominated were entered into a raffle for a chance to win one of three gift card prizes at random. Students also nominated their supervisors for a special recognition award for their hard work, also chosen at random this year. Read more about the nominated student employees and supervisors here.
