The Paul V. Galvin Library is providing temporary access to Rosetta Stone on-line for a limited trial that will end on Saturday, June 7, 2014. During the trial, all of Rosetta Stone’s content can be accessed, with lessons in languages literally from A-V. However, before the languages and lessons can be accessed for the first time, a free personal account will be need to be created. Sign up for your free account and access the trial here.
After the Rosetta Stone service has been accessed, provide feedback to the Galvin Library staff on the product. The library currently offers online access to learning languages through Mango, which teaches through conversational phrases and frequently used concepts. In addition, the library also has almost a dozen Rosetta Stone languages on compact discs that must be used with its software inside the library.
