Tuition Exchange Applications Now Being Accepted

The Tuition Exchange program is a nonprofit organization of more than 700 colleges and universities that agree to a reciprocal scholarship program. Illinois Tech accepts applications from eligible faculty and staff and their dependents each fall for Tuition Exchange scholarship opportunities at other participating universities. Faculty and staff or their eligible dependents may apply for a scholarship as long as they meet the criteria below. To be considered a candidate for a tuition exchange scholarship through Illinois Tech, the family member must be an eligible dependent of an eligible employee at Illinois Tech. Visit www.tuitionexchange.org for a listing of participating schools and more details about how the exchange works.

Eligible Employees

Any full-time faculty or staff member in good employment standing and meeting the minimum of one year of full time employment at Illinois Tech by January 1 of the year for which the dependent is a candidate (for the 2025-2026 academic year, hire date must be January 1, 2024, or earlier).

Eligible Dependents

Any born or adopted child of an eligible Illinois Tech employee. The child must be a dependent as defined by the IRS. (Appropriate proof may be requested).
