Please join President Anderson on Thursday, February 27, at the University Staff Update meeting. The meeting will take place from 3 – 4:30 pm in the Hermann Hall Auditorium. All are invited to a reception immediately following the meeting in the Hermann Hall Gallery.
Shuttle buses will be provided to bring employees from Institute of Design and Downtown Campus to Hermann Hall for the meeting. For those unable to attend in person, videoconference locations will be available at the Institute for Food Safety and Health (Room 100), Rice Campus (Room 120), and the Downtown Campus (Auditorium). We will also provide a webcast option for the Institute of Design. Please RSVP here no later than February 20.

Main Campus Drop-off @ 2:50 pm
An extra bus will be added to the regular Northbound run
(starting at the Hermann Hall Lot 4:30 pm pick-up)

-Pick up @ Main Campus 4:30 pm (Additional Shuttle will run on regular shuttle schedule)
