As the pandemic lingers, students will still need more than academic support this spring. Faculty provide some of that support by building and fostering community in class. January’s Faculty Lounge will focus on how faculty can build community with students in both physical and online classrooms. Instructors, please share your best ideas and experiences of how you’ve been building community with your students, especially peer-to-peer student relationships.
