The Voices of the Holocaust project provides a portal for the exploration of digitized, restored, transcribed, and translated interviews with Holocaust survivors conducted by Illinois Institute of Technology Professor Dr. David P. Boder in 1946.
The new Voices of the Holocaust site retains the site’s content with the first visual and functional overhaul since 2009. Users can hear the original audio, read along in original languages or via English translations, and read scholarly commentary and annotations about the interviews and the context surrounding them. Voices of the Holocaust can be visited at voices.library.iit.edu.
