IIT nutrition investigators are interested to find out the health benefits of fiber. You may be eligible to participate in this nutrition research study if you are a healthy individual who:
- Is 20-55 years of age
- Is a non-smoker
- Consumes a typical Western diet
This study will involve:
- Four study day visits
- Each study day will last four hours
- Blood samples will be collected at each study day
- A beverage will be provided at each study visit
You will be compensated up to $200 for completing the study.
