IIT nutrition investigators are conducting a study to determine the health benefits of wild blueberry polyphenols.
Interested participants who may be eligible to participate in this nutrition research study must be non-smokers and between 20-45 years of age.
This study will involve:
> Two test days (an estimated 12 hours) to the Institute for Food Safety and Health Center for Nutrition Research.
> Blood samples will be collected at each period.
> Test drinks and meals will be provided during the study period.
> Compensation is up to $300 for completing the study.
