Women Entrepreneurship Week Event at Downtown Campus

Celebrate Women Entrepreneurship Week with a free panel discussion (WEW) on Tuesday, October 17 from 4:30–5:30 p.m. at Chicago-Kent College of Law (565 West Adams Street, Chicago). WEW began as an idea in a Montclair State cubicle in 2014, and in three short years has grown into an international celebration. Last year, for the third annual WEW, events were organized in 13 countries on six continents, plus events in eight states in the U.S., and at 20 universities and nonprofits all over New Jersey. Panelists include:

  • Mona Pearl is the founder of Beyond a Strategy Inc. She is an international strategic development expert who advises, plans, shapes and implements strategies to launch products, services and private/public initiatives across industries and borders.
  • Michelle Smyth is the founder of Pay Your Selfie, Inc. She is also a technology marketing entrepreneur and consultant.
  • Cindy Kuzma is a freelance health and fitness writer in Chicago, a contributing editor at Runner’s World magazine, and a frequent contributor to USA Today publications like Men’s Health, SELF, Vice, and many other print and online outlets.
  • Shari A Matzelle is a seasoned and high-energy executive with a consistent track record of marked achievements in strategy, engineering, business development.
