The Illinois Tech Women’s Tennis program faced a tough test on September 16, opposing defending HCAC champion Rose-Hulman. Illinois Tech hung in the match against RHIT, but fell 5-4.

How it Happened

• Illinois Tech won two out of three doubles. The #1 tandem of Weronika Halicka and Morgan Colbert remained unbeaten, winning 8-2. The #2 duo of Jennifer Young and Sophia Nelson won 8-6.
• In singles, Halicka won 6-1, 6-0.
• #2 singles player Colbert won 6-3, 4-6, 7-6.
