The READY.SET.LEAD. program, scheduled for Wednesday, April 25 from 9:30 a.m.–noon in the McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC) Ballroom, will deliver an updated view on the laws that govern the workplace—laws you need to know to manage with confidence and get great results.

Candida Miranda of the General Counsel’s office will facilitate this program, which will address:

• The employee life cycle from selection to performance management, bullying, and other inappropriate work behaviors
• Legislation such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
