The Payroll Office will be closed from Thursday, December 25, 2014, through Sunday January 4, 2015. It will reopen for business on Monday, January 5, 2015. Payroll will pay all employees, according to the following schedule:
MONTHLY PAYROLL – All monthly employees with direct deposit will have their accounts posted on Wednesday, December 31, 2014.
BI-WEEKLY PAYROLL – All bi-weekly employees will be paid for the period of December 7, 2014, through December 20, 2014, on Friday, December 26, 2014.
Hours worked and recorded on the time sheet the week of December 7, 2014 through December 20, 2014 should reflect actual hours worked. TIMESHEETS AND FINAL APPROVALS ARE DUE TO PAYROLL BY 4 p.m. ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2014. TIME SHEETS RECEIVED AFTER 4 p.m. ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2014 WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FOR THE DECEMBER 26, 2014 PAY DATE. Bi-weekly employees with direct deposit will have their accounts posted on Friday, December 26, 2014.

The end of the year holiday schedule is as follows:
December 25, 2014 University Holiday
December 26, 2014 University Holiday
December 29, 30, 31, 2014 Bonus Days
January 1, 2015 University Holiday
January 2, 2015 University Holiday
January 5, 2015 University Re-Opens
Non-exempt (hourly) employees who are required to report to their work site by their supervisor on any day that the University is closed at the end of the year, must record that time as hours worked on the timesheet. Nonexempt and exempt employees who work on one of the days listed above, may take a floating holiday for each day worked with the approval of the supervisor; provided that the floating holiday is used between December 4, 2014 and January 31, 2015. Floating holidays issued for this purpose that are not taken by January 31, 2015 will be forfeited. There will be no exceptions.
